About
Peter McLaughlin
A veteran Music Educator, conductor and local performer, Peter McLaughlin has been making music with high school students, community choirs, bands and church choirs in the Carleton County area since 1982. For over 20 years, McLaughlin has been involved as a member and/or chair of the Carleton Victoria Arts Council, a registered charity and Arts Presenter for Carleton and Victoria Counties. Since retirement from public school teaching, McLaughlin continues to make and present music with the greater community through the Second Wind Music Centre, offering music lessons and concerts to music lovers from Woodstock to Perth-Andover, NB. With great acoustics and superb sound in a warm, soft-seat venue, Second Wind is continuing to build the musical community in Western New Brunswick.
